I had an outstanding experience with Shaun, the owner of NexTechAir. He came out to seal the ducts in my attic and clean my evaporator coils, and the difference in professionalism compared to other contractors was noticeable from the moment he arrived. Shaun took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me exactly where the air leaks were, and walked me through how sealing the ducts would improve airflow and efficiency throughout my home. The quality of his work was top‑tier — thorough, clean, and clearly done with pride. After the job was finished, he double‑checked everything and made sure I understood the improvements. I’ve already noticed better air distribution and my system runs quieter and smoother. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
